Job summary

TikTok is seeking an Intern Product Manager to contribute to live-streaming product features and operational platforms. You will work onsite in Singapore, engaging with engineering, design, and operations to deliver end-to-end features and drive performance improvements.

You will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced tech environment while supporting real-time livestream initiatives and user engagement strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Algorithms, or a related discipline.
• Preferred Qualifications: Able to continue to work onsite in 2027; some experience collaborating across teams and processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance the broadcaster operation platform capabilities for LIVE scenarios, including broadcaster center, performance review and diagnosis, fan engagement, promotion tools, and content optimization.
• Diagnose business status, identify critical pain points, and develop differentiated solutions.
• Understand regional operational needs and analyze the full lifecycle of broadcasters from B- and C-sides; own end-to-end delivery of features.
• Establish sound data metrics, monitor and optimize functional modules, and drive product innovation and iteration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage full project cycles and drive adoption.
