You will assist with live streaming support, order processing, campaign management, and video marketing in a vibrant café setting. The role offers hands-on experience in social media marketing, video content creation, and campaign execution, with 44 hours per week and on-site work in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Possession of or actively pursuing a certificate related to sales, marketing, or digital media.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience with video editing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support TikTok and Shopee live streaming activities
• Enhance customer engagement and sales
• Process and facilitate customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Manage scheduling and coordination with live streamers to ensure smooth operations
• Set up and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand visibility and sales growth
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries to maintain high service standards
• Film and edit videos and poster for marketing campaigns to create engaging promotional content
• Post marketing campaigns across relevant platforms to maximize reach and impact
