Omni Digital Group in Singapore seeks a Creative Strategy Lead to elevate client-facing creative. You will review, sign off on, and raise the bar across video, copy, and graphics while defining scalable creative standards.
You’ll coach a multidisciplinary team and build onboarding and QA processes as the agency grows. You’ll lead structured training, give direct feedback, and collaborate with performance marketers and account teams to ensure creative aligns with campaign objectives and client
Are you someone who knows what high-performing creative actually looks like — and can help a team consistently produce it?
Do you have strong direct-response and performance marketing experience, with the confidence to review creative critically, give clear feedback, and make the final call on what is ready to go live?
If you’re equally comfortable setting the creative bar, developing people, and holding the team accountable to high standards, this role might be for you.
Own the quality bar across Omni’s client-facing creative output
Define what “good” looks like across video, ad copy, static, and graphic creative
Review and provide final sign-off on creative before it ships
Train and develop the creative team to consistently raise the standard
Build scalable creative standards and onboarding as the team grows
Become the internal escalation point when creative quality isn’t meeting expectations
What will my day-to-day look like?
Creative quality & final sign-off: Review client-facing creative across video, static, graphic, and copy. Make the final call on whether work is ready to ship or needs another round.
Creative standards: Define, document, and continuously improve Omni’s creative standards so quality does not depend on one individual’s judgment.
Team coaching & feedback: Give clear, practical feedback to video editors, designers, copywriters, and other creative team members. Help the team understand not only what needs to change, but why.
Training & development: Run structured training, creative reviews, and feedback sessions to strengthen the team’s creative judgment and execution over time.
Creative onboarding: Build clear quality standards and onboarding processes for new creative hires and freelancers as the team scales.
Quality accountability: Identify recurring quality gaps and address them through coaching, clearer standards, training, and, where necessary, performance management.
Delivery escalation: Act as the internal escalation point when creative output is not meeting the required standard, diagnose the underlying issue, and make sure the right fix is implemented.
Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with Account Management, Performance Marketing, and the Client Director to ensure creative direction supports both client expectations and campaign objectives.
Client escalation support: When a client is unhappy with the quality of the work, partner with the Client Director to diagnose and resolve the delivery issue. The Client Director owns the client relationship and conversation; you own the creative diagnosis and fix.
About you:
Ideally 8+ years of experience in creative strategy, creative direction, or creative delivery within a performance or growth marketing agency
Strong direct-response and performance marketing background
Strong judgment across performance creative, especially short-form video, paid social creative, ad copy, and static/graphic formats
Able to distinguish creative that simply “looks good” from creative that is strategically strong and built to perform
Experience managing, coaching, or training creative talent — not only producing creative individually
Comfortable giving direct and sometimes difficult feedback when the work does not meet the required standard
Confident making final decisions and being the person who says “this isn’t ready yet”
Able to turn subjective creative judgment into clear standards, frameworks, and actionable feedback
Strong understanding of the Singapore market and local audience — including cultural nuances, consumer behaviour, communication styles, and what makes creative feel relevant and effective in Singapore
Strong written and spoken English
Comfortable working in a fast-paced performance marketing agency environment
Able to collaborate closely with creative, performance, account management, and leadership teams
Bonus if you have
Experience leading a multidisciplinary creative team across video, design, and copy
Experience building creative review or QA processes from scratch
Experience developing creative training programmes, playbooks, or onboarding frameworks
Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, and other paid social creative best practices
Experience working closely with media buyers and using campaign performance insights to improve creative direction
