Job summary

The Agency in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to lead experience design projects from ideation to delivery, coordinating creatives and developers with clients to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.

You will manage scope, timelines and resources, apply Agile or waterfall practices, run kickoff meetings, standups and sprint planning, and keep stakeholders informed with clear, proactive communication.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated project management skills: planning and directing teams, scoping, costing, managing timelines and delivery.
• Experience in a client-facing role, with good verbal and written communication skills to enhance negotiation and liaison within teams.
• A team player with excellent time management skills.
• A pragmatic approach to problem solving, able to articulate and balance trade-offs to keep teams moving forward.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies; familiar with current and emerging technologies; proficient with tools such as Asana, Slack, G Suite.

Responsibilities

• Project management & organizational skills: Manage and see projects through from start to finish, including scoping, requirements gathering, resource management and timelines.
• Apply the right project management methodology (Agile or Waterfall) and facilitate sessions like kickoff meetings, standups and sprint planning.
• Provide direction and support to all project team members with the information and resources they need to complete tasks.
