Job summary

Dezign Format Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Creative Manager to bridge the creative team and other departments in a fast-paced design‑and‑build environment. Reporting directly to the Creative Director, you will ensure that projects are properly scheduled, resourced and coordinated from concept to delivery, balancing creative understanding with strong organisational and project management skills.

You will lead planning, coordinate cross-functional work, and maintain documentation and status

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architectural Design, Event Design, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of management experience in commercial spatial design or related industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.
• Knowledge of Monday.com is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Creative Director in managing the creative team and ongoing projects.
• Coordinate schedules and workloads to ensure efficient use of team resources.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and design schedules.
• Act as the primary point of contact between creative teams and cross-functional departments.
• Collaborate with project managers, production teams, clients, and stakeholders to define project requirements, goals and timelines.
• Prepare and present regular project status updates.
