Job summary

Williams Lea seeks a Presentation & Video Specialist to join our outsourced presentation services team supporting a leading international bank. You will design and enhance PowerPoint materials, create charts and infographics, and provide video editing for internal and external events.

Ideal candidates have a strong foundation in presentation design and visual communication and will gain exposure to multimedia technologies in a professional banking environment while working with stakeholders to

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Good sense of layout, typography, visual hierarchy and information design.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a professional corporate environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with AI prompting / generative AI tools and Blender would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional presentation design and formatting support to banking clients on premises.
• Design and enhance PowerPoint presentations, pitchbooks, reports and other business materials in accordance with corporate branding standards.
• Conceptualize creative ideas and transform data, information and business content into clear and engaging visual presentations.
• Create charts, diagrams, infographics and other visual elements to effectively communicate financial and business information.
• Provide video editing and post-production support for internal and external events.
• Work closely with bankers and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality materials within agreed timelines.
• Support other creative and multimedia projects when required.
