Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced senior presentation designers to craft strategy decks and executive presentations for clients. The role is freelance/independent with 5+ years of deck-building experience, ideally from a top consulting firm or bank.

You will deliver high-quality PowerPoint slides, manage full-deck builds, and refine investor or board materials on a remote, flexible schedule. Compensation is $80/hour with commitment of 5-20 hours per week (or more).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional deck-building, preferably with ex-consulting or ex-banking background.
• Portfolio of client presentations delivered as a senior presentation designer or independent consultant.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build strategy decks and executive presentations for clients.
• Create full-deck builds from a blank page and run storyline workshops.
• Restructure and cleanup decks; rewrite executive summaries and prep investor/board materials.
