Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architectural Design, Event Design, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of management experience in commercial spatial design or related industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, and related design tools.
• Knowledge of Monday.com is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Creative Director in managing the creative team and ongoing projects.
• Coordinate schedules and workloads to ensure efficient use of team resources.
• Support prioritisation of projects based on timelines and business needs.
• Act as the primary point of contact between creative teams and cross-functional departments.
• Collaborate with project managers, production teams, clients, and stakeholders to define project requirements, goals, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and design schedules.
• Prepare and present regular project status updates.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including design briefs, specifications, and reports.
• Ensure design activities align with agreed timelines and budgets.

Requirements
