OSCA Asia Pte. Ltd. Singapore seeks a Design Leader to guide high-quality corporate interior projects from concept to construction, ensuring alignment with client expectations and standards.

You will lead design teams, manage risks, review milestones, and represent design leadership in client and contractor meetings, delivering solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and feasibility. This role demands hands-on leadership and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Corporate Office Interior Design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Persuasive and influential to obtain best value from vendors.
• Responsive and proactive with a real passion for design.

Responsibilities

• Report project performance, design risks, team capacity, resource needs, and critical decisions to the Design Director.
• Take accountability for design quality and timely delivery across projects from design direction to construction completion.
• Translate the Design Director's vision into clear project strategies, priorities, responsibilities, and milestones for the design team.
• Lead formal design reviews and approve key deliverables before external submission or issue.
• Assign ownership, set expectations, and monitor performance of Senior Designers, Designers, and Technical Designers against programme and quality standards.
• Oversee resource allocation and workload across projects, adjusting for capacity or programme risks.
• Escalate major design, technical, coordination, client, consultant, contractor, and site issues to the Design Director with recommendations.
• Represent design leadership in client presentations, consultant meetings, contractor discussions, and project decision-making sessions.
• Ensure alignment between design intent, technical delivery, project management, procurement, and site execution.
• Establish and enforce studio-wide design review, documentation, quality-control, and delivery standards.
• Develop team capability through structured feedback, coaching, and succession planning.
• Escalate significant matters with clear actions to the Design Director.

Requirements

• Required skill(s): AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office is a must
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Corporate Office Interior Design
• Excellent communication skill(s) including both written and oral (to be able to communicate efficiently with clients, consultants and contractors to produce concept design, space planning and presentation)
