Prince’s Landscape Pte Ltd. is seeking a creative and skilled Florist to join our floral department in Singapore. This hands-on role involves creating floral arrangements, customized designs, plant displays and event installations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on floristry experience with solid design and arrangement techniques.
• Ability to create customized floral arrangements per themes, styles and customer specs.
• Strong knowledge of flower and foliage selection, conditioning, color coordination and presentation.
• Experience or willingness to undertake event setups, floral installations, plant displays or festive decorations.
• Strong creative ability with interest in developing new floral products, designs and concepts.
• Adept at translating creative ideas into well-presented, commercially viable arrangements.
• Basic understanding of costing and pricing for floral products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and prepare floral arrangements including bouquets, hampers, grandstands, wreaths and table-top designs.
• Design and execute customized floral arrangements based on customer requirements and themes.
• Develop new floral products, designs for retail and online platforms.
• Assist with preparation and execution of corporate floral and plant displays.
• Support event and venue floral setups, including installation and dismantling.
• Undertake festive decorations such as Christmas tree decoration and installations.
• Maintain quality, freshness and presentation of flowers and completed arrangements.
• Assist with product costing and pricing for new products.
• Take photographs of arrangements for listings and marketing.
