Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Florist to design and create floral arrangements for weddings and events, ensuring all pieces meet brand standards and client requirements.

Based in Singapore, you will manage weekend commitments, oversee inventory, mentor junior florists, and coordinate with operations to deliver stunning installations and timely setups. You should have at least two years of floristry experience and a strong eye for color, balance, and styling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of floristry experience.
• Experience in weddings and events preferred.
• Able to commit to weekends.
• Strong sense of floral design, colour coordination and styling.
• Able to lead and guide junior florists when required.

Responsibilities

• Create new floral product designs and launches.
• Prepare arrangements according to brand standards and client requirements.
• Oversee weekly floral inventory and purchases.
• Mentor junior florists in fulfilling daily orders.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure orders are prepared and delivered on time.
• Assist with on-site floral setup and installation for weddings and events.
