Job summary
D'SPRING ENTERPRISE HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking a full-time Florist to craft beautiful bouquets daily, based on customer orders, and contribute to a friendly team.
You will prepare and condition fresh flowers, assist online and walk-in customers, and support wrapping, packaging, and photos to showcase arrangements. Weekend and peak season availability is preferred.
Training provided; attractive salary package and monthly bonus are offered in a supportive work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience as a florist is an advantage; training will be provided.
- Demonstrate good hand skills, creativity, and an eye for color to produce attractive arrangements.
- Adapt to working efficiently in a fast-paced floral environment.
- Maintain a positive attitude, take responsibility, and work well within a team.
- Availability to work on weekends and during peak seasons such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.
Responsibilities
- Create fresh flower bouquets and arrangements daily according to customer orders.
- Prepare, condition, and maintain fresh flowers and floral materials to ensure quality.
- Assist in fulfilling orders for walk-in and online customers accurately and timely.
- Support gift wrapping, packaging, and photo-taking to enhance customer presentation.
- Organize and maintain the workspace and stock to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet quality standards and delivery deadlines.
