You will lead the global digital ecosystem, from website and content to SEO, email and demand generation, while driving AI-enabled marketing adoption. With 8+ years in digital marketing, you will partner with regional teams to scale capabilities, deliver measurable outcomes, and translate complex medical propositions into compelling digital content

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of digital marketing experience.
• Experience across global or regional markets, ideally in MedTech or B2B.
• Strong track record in content marketing and organic social.
• Experience scaling digital marketing capabilities.
• Practical exposure to AI-powered marketing tools.
• Understanding of marketing automation and CRM integration.
• Ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of technical products.
