Job summary

PNG Landed Excellence is seeking a talented Social Media Content Creator & Videographer to produce engaging property marketing content in Singapore. You will work closely with Andy Cheng to shoot, edit and animate real estate visuals for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.

The role requires strong filming, editing and creative storytelling abilities, plus experience with AI-assisted animations and 3D visualisations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan content topics, scripts or storyboards for social videos.

• Edit short-form videos and longer property tours with subtitles and music.
• Create AI-assisted property transformation videos and 3D visualisations.
• Produce interior fly-throughs from floor plans or references.
• Differentiate design concepts from actual features.
• Design video covers, thumbnails and visuals for social channels.

Social Media Content Creator & Videographer

About the Role

PNG Landed Excellence is looking for a talented and proactive Social Media Content Creator & Videographer to work closely with Andy Cheng on property marketing and personal branding. We are seeking someone who combines strong filming and editing skills with creative content ideas and the ability to produce AI-assisted property animations. You will create engaging content featuring Singapore landed homes, property tours, educational topics and behind-the-scenes moments for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan content topics, propose creative concepts and prepare scripts or storyboards.
• Film property tours, presenter-led videos, educational content and behind-the-scenes footage at locations across Singapore.
• Guide the presenter during shoots and manage camera framing, lighting and audio.
• Edit polished short-form videos and longer property tours, including subtitles, music, sound effects, colour correction and motion graphics.
• Create AI-assisted property transformation videos, including demolition-to-rebuild sequences and visualisations of potential home designs.
• Produce interior fly-throughs using floor plans, images or design references, with layouts accurately represented where required.
• Clearly distinguish illustrative design concepts from actual property features.
• Create engaging video covers, thumbnails and supporting social media visuals.
• Adapt content for different platforms, maintain a consistent posting schedule and suggest improvements based on content performance.
• Organise footage, maintain project backups and manage production deadlines.

What We're Looking For

• A strong portfolio demonstrating videography, editing and visual storytelling skills.
• Practical experience with AI video generation, animation and motion graphics.
• Confidence using cameras or smartphones, microphones, lighting and stabilisers.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or CapCut.
• An understanding of social media trends, engaging opening hooks and effective video pacing.
• Initiative to contribute ideas and manage projects from concept to final delivery.
• Good communication skills, attention to detail and a reliable working attitude.
• Willingness to attend property shoots at various locations and time across Singapore.
• Experience in property content or 3D architectural visualisation is an advantage.
