Job summary

MediaTek in Singapore is seeking a dedicated testing engineer to design advanced testing methodologies for the latest ARM-based CPU smartphone products. You will contribute to the entire test flow from specification through validation, focusing on robust coverage and reliability in high-volume production environments.

Responsibilities include applying the newest DFT techniques to optimize CPU test coverage, performing post-silicon binning to maximize performance, power efficiency and yield on

Qualifications

• Bachelor, Master or PhD in Electrical Engineering/ Computer Engineering/ Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of CPU architecture and design.
• Interest in gaining exposure to real-world IC testing flows on most advanced semiconductor technology node (4nm and below).
• Passion for optimizing silicon yield and boosting CPU performance, power.

Responsibilities

• Designing advanced testing methodology on latest ARM based CPU smartphone products.
• Applying latest testing (DFT) technique, optimizing test coverage on CPU.
• Performing post-silicon binning technique to achieve best possible CPU performance, power, and yield.
