We are looking for someone who is curious, organised, and eager to learn. You should have strong written and communication skills and be comfortable engaging and interacting with different stakeholders. An interest in organisational development, public policy, human resources, or communications would be a plus, though no prior experience is required. What matters most is a willingness to take initiative, pay attention to detail, and contribute meaningfully to the team.
