Job summary

Success Resource Centre Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an organised Programme Administrator to review course applications for CPD Programme approval and manage the whitelisting cycle.

You will liaise with CPD providers, handle billing and record-keeping, and maintain the registry listing to ensure information is current.

Period immediate till 31 December 2026, location Eunos, working hours 8.30am–5.30pm, Monday to Friday, salary up to $4000.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree with at least 1 year relevant experience in programme administration, regulatory operations, communications support, or similar environments.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in both written work and administrative processes.
• Good written communication skills, with experience drafting or vetting stakeholder-facing documents.
• Able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a structured and organised manner.
• A team player who works well in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess course applications for approval against CPD Programme domain and dimension descriptors.
• Support end-to-end CPD whitelisting cycle: coordinating reviews, billing, and records tracking.
• Liaise with CPD Programme Providers on routine admin matters, ensuring timely responses.
• Maintain CPD Programme listing on the registry to keep information current and accurate.
