SINGAPORE INSTITUTE OF LEGAL EDUCATION invites applications for Senior Executive (Continuing Professional Development) on a 3-year contract. The role focuses on developing and administering CPD programs for lawyers in Singapore, ensuring compliance and relevance.
You will manage communications with legal professionals, coordinate course accreditation, assist in policy and curriculum development, audits, and new CPD initiatives, with emphasis on data-driven improvements.
SILE oversees the mandatory Continuing Professional Development (“CPD”) scheme for lawyers in Singapore, under which lawyers must obtain a certain number of CPD Points per year through undertaking eligible learning activities. Our team ensures lawyers meet their CPD requirements, manages the accreditation process for conferences, seminars and other events attended by lawyers, and supports the review, development, and implementation of policy governing the CPD scheme. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the legal profession in Singapore.
