in Singapore is seeking a results-driven Course Consultant to advise prospective learners on WSQ, Diploma, and professional programmes, helping them choose suitable tracks. You will manage enquiries across Xiaohongshu, Facebook, WhatsApp, and website channels, guide learners through registration and payment, and work with Academic, Operations, and Marketing teams to meet enrolment targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-oriented with ability to identify learner needs and suggest programmes.
• Strong follow-up and ownership to close enrolments.
• Clear, accurate, and professional course information delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional course consultation to prospective learners based on needs and objectives.
• Advise on WSQ courses, Diploma programmes, professional courses, and workshops.
• Explain programme structure, entry requirements, fees, funding eligibility, and enrolment steps.
• Handle and follow up on enquiries from XHS, Facebook, WhatsApp, website, referrals, and other channels.
• Ensure timely responses and guide learners through registration and payment procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Marketing Guidelines and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, enrolments, and daily sales performance.
• Collaborate with Academic, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure accurate information.
