Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential students based on approved target industries and academy offerings.
• Present basic information about training programmes accurately and professionally, ensuring compliance with approved marketing materials.
• Maintain a structured call list and update CRM/TMS systems with accurate records of calls, leads, and appointment outcomes.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospective corporate clients and the HOS, ensuring timely follow-up and confirmation.
• Follow approved scripts and communication guidelines to ensure consistent, ethical, and compliant messaging.
• Handle initial enquiries from corporate clients and escalated detailed programme discussions with relevant departments.
• Maintain professional communication standards in all interactions, ensuring the academy’s reputation is upheld.
• Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and appointment conversion performance.
• Support compliance by ensuring all outreach activities align with internal policies, data protection requirements, and EduTrust Certification Scheme standards on transparent and ethical marketing practices.
