Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking a Country Head for a global water technology company based in Singapore. You will own full P&L and drive transformation from a USD 20-25M operation to USD 100-200M+ in the medium term, leading cross-functional teams and high-impact initiatives.

You will oversee ~150 staff, build relationships with government authorities, consultants, and industry partners, and ensure profitability, governance, and scalable growth in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in Water/wastewater treatment, Desalination, Industrial water infrastructure
• Strong background in EPC and large-scale infrastructure projects
• Proven experience in regulated markets
• Demonstrated track record in full P&L leadership
• Strong business development and 'hunter' mindset
• Experience handling complex public-sector tenders
• Ability to lead large multicultural teams (100+ staff)
• Strong negotiation and financial management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and sales leadership for large-scale infrastructure projects
• Drive profitability and margin improvement across the Singapore entity
• Oversee cash flow management and financial governance
• Ensure successful project execution and governance frameworks
• Lead and mentor ~150 staff (50 corporate functions, 100 technical/project professionals)

Job Summary

Country Head will have full P&L responsibility and lead the transformation of the Singapore entity from a USD 20-25M operation to USD 100-200M+ in the medium term. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring strong business development capabilities, deep industry expertise, and the ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams.

Job Descriptions

• Business Development & Sales Leadership (Priority Focus)
  • Lead new client acquisition in public and private sectors
  • Target large-scale infrastructure projects (especially with government authorities such as PUB)
  • Drive high-value industrial water contracts
  • Own end-to-end tendering lifecycle:
    • Bid strategy
    • Commercial pricing
    • Risk assessment
    • Contract negotiation
  • Build strong relationships with:
    • Consultants
    • Government stakeholders
    • Industry partners
    • Ecosystem institutions
• Drive profitability and margin improvement
• Oversee cash flow management
• Ensure financial discipline and sustainable scaling
• Ensure successful project execution
• Strengthen operational governance
