Job summary

Memiontec Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead EPC water treatment projects from award to warranty. You will oversee engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, testing and handover, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality.

Candidates should hold a PE B-licensed engineering degree and have 10+ years in municipal/industrial water projects, UPW or wastewater, with strong leadership and contract management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB), Singapore.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant project management experience in: one or more of the following.
• Municipal Water or Industrial Water Treatment
• Ultrapure Water (UPW) Systems
• Wastewater Treatment Plants
• EPC or Process Plant Construction Projects
• Strong knowledge of engineering design, project execution, construction methodology and commissioning.
• Sound knowledge of contract administration, project commercial management and risk management.
• Experience in process design, operation & maintenance and water treatment technologies will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams and deliver projects under demanding schedules.
• Self-motivated, analytical, proactive and committed to delivering excellence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Experience with Primavera P6 will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage EPC water treatment projects from award through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, testing, handover and warranty period.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and in compliance with contractual, statutory, quality and HSE requirements.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise multidisciplinary engineering teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress, cost, cash flow, procurement schedules and resource allocation.
• Review engineering designs, technical specifications, drawings and project submissions.
• Administer contracts, evaluate variations, Extension of Time (EOT) claims and contractual correspondences.
• Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, government agencies, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Lead Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), commissioning and performance testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues during installation and commissioning.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution, safety performance, quality and operational excellence.
