Job summary

DNV SEA & Oceania in Singapore seeks a Country Business Developer to join the Sales team of Business Assurance SEA & Oceania. You will develop and expand the account base while serving as the primary contact for key accounts, fostering strong client relationships and generating new business opportunities for certification and training services.

Role requires driving sales performance, managing recertification and retention, and negotiating contracts to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for key accounts, fostering strong client relationships.
• Generate new business opportunities for certification and training services.
• Drive personal sales performance by developing business relationships and implementing effective sales and business development strategies to achieve targets.
• Maintain and strengthen customer loyalty, managing recertification and retention of existing clients by addressing queries and renegotiating terms to ensure continued partnership with DNV.
• Proactively identify and approach target companies, generating business opportunities aligned with DNV’s service portfolio.
• Build and nurture a local network of partners (consultants, channels).
• Negotiate and finalize business contracts to achieve individual sales goals.
• Represent DNV at local events, tradeshows, conferences, and exhibitions.

Part of the Sales team of Business Assurance SEA & Oceania (certification and training), the Country Business Developer will report to the Area Sales Manager, SEA & Oceania.
