Qualifications

• Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projects.
• Degree or comparable experience in cost management or construction.
• Adaptable in a dynamic environment with deadlines and priorities.
• Willingness to travel for short periods to meet clients and team.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments within the data center industry.
• Support nimble project management and clear decisions through cost documentation and timely communication.
• Participate in tender/bid processes from initial documentation through analysis and reporting.
• Oversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports; communicate variations clearly.
• Support settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims with transparency.
• Resolve commercial, change orders and contract issues quickly and fairly.
• Assist in preparing final accounts and handling claims to ensure client value.
