Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager in Singapore to lead the tender process across multiple contracts, draft and manage contract documentation, and advise on contract awards. You will collaborate with project management and cost teams to ensure alignment with delivery systems and installations.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Contracts Manager with increasing responsibility in a consultancy or general contractor company.
• Experience on large, complex projects, ideally data centres or other high tech projects.
• Strong research skills and an in-depth understanding of legal agreements.
• Working knowledge of local and international contract laws and corporate policies.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion and judgment skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented and quality focused.
• Ability to build strong relationships with teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Administer the tender process across multiple contracts from GCs to professional consultant appointments.
• Track and manage tender steps including bidder prequalification, tender issue, queries and responses, tender submissions, and post-tender queries and negotiation.
• Draft contracts and collate contract documentation.
• Oversee post-contract management, including providing contract administration advice to the client, claims tracking, and producing and processing contract change orders.
• Draft contract documentation ensuring alignment with O&M's, delivery systems, generation equipment and installations.
• Partner closely with the construction project management and cost management teams.
• Work with the commercial team to advise the client on contract award.
