You will conduct cold calls, engage decision-makers, qualify leads, and secure appointments for the sales team, while maintaining accurate CRM records.

This entry-level role offers hands-on experience and exposure to inside sales and telemarketing in a dynamic environment.

Qualificações

• Strong telemarketing experience.
• Exposure to inside sales, telemarketing, or cold-calling is an advantage.
• Proficient in drafting and responding to professional emails.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct cold calls to potential business clients to introduce the organisation's training courses and solutions.
• Engage with business decision-makers to identify opportunities for further discussions.
• Qualify leads by understanding corporate clients' training needs and recommending suitable courses.
• Secure appointments for the sales team to present training programmes to prospective corporate clients.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and appointment outcomes in the CRM system.
