Job summary

State Bank of India, Singapore is seeking a capable candidate to handle end-to-end onboarding for corporate and retail accounts. The role covers maintenance, processing customer requests such as bank reference letters and stop payments, and handling audit confirmations with diligence.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma, at least 1 year of banking experience, and strong MS Office skills, with excellent verbal and written communication and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma required; additional Certificate in Business Administration advantageous.
• Minimum 1 year of experience handling corporate/retail accounts in banking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment operation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end process of corporate/retail accounts onboarding.
• Maintain corporate/retail accounts with timely reviews.
• Process requests from corporate/retail customers (bank reference letters, stop payments, etc.).
• Process audit confirmations for customers/auditors and follow up.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors.
