• Conduct reviews to ensure compliance with KYC regulations.
• Coordinate with internal credit administration teams to manage documentation and processes.
• Support loan structuring and syndication efforts with the loan syndication team.

• Prepare detailed internal proposals and obtain necessary credit approvals to facilitate financing
• Generate cross-selling opportunities across loan syndication, bonds, wealth management, and other banking products and services
• Conduct reviews to ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations
• Coordinate with internal credit administration teams to manage documentation and administrative processes
• Support loan structuring and syndication efforts by working with the loan syndication team on selected financing transactions
