Job summary

P.T. BANK NEGARA INDONESIA (PERSERO) TBK is seeking a capable professional to support senior relationship managers in growing and maintaining the corporate portfolio. You will help structure trade and credit facilities and prepare proposals.

This role involves collaboration with credit teams, ensuring compliance, and generating cross-selling opportunities across banking products while maintaining strict KYC standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior relationship managers to grow and sustain the bank’s corporate client portfolio
• Structure and craft trade and credit facilities to develop customized banking solutions for clients
• Prepare detailed internal proposals and obtain necessary credit approvals to facilitate financing
• Generate cross-selling opportunities across loan syndication, bonds, wealth management, and other banking products and services
• Conduct reviews to ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations
• Coordinate with internal credit administration teams to manage documentation and administrative processes
• Support loan structuring and syndication efforts by working with the loan syndication team on selected financing transactions
