Talentvis Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to oversee the group’s financing strategies and capital management in a fast-paced environment. You will lead funding initiatives, financial modelling, and strategic development to support growth and investment objectives.

The role requires strong communication with banks, investors, and senior management, with experience in debt and equity financing, M&A, and rigorous financial analysis.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• Professional qualifications such as CFA, CPA, ACCA, or CA are advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in corporate finance, capital markets, investment banking, or treasury.
• Experience in fundraising, debt and equity financing, or M&A transactions.
• Strong expertise in financial modelling, valuation, investment analysis, and structuring.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead debt, equity, and structured financing activities to secure funding for the Group's operations, expansion plans and projects.
• Establish and maintain relationships with banks, investors, rating agencies, and other financiers; negotiate terms.
• Drive M&A, divestments, and JV initiatives with financial modelling and due diligence.
• Monitor capital structure, cash flow and liquidity for optimal capital allocation and risk management.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on fundraising strategies and long-term planning.

• Provideinsightsandrecommendationstoseniormanagementonfundraisingstrategies,capitalallocation,investmentopportunities,andlong-termfinancialplanning.
• Preparefinancingproposals,investorpresentations,boardpapers,andotherfinancialmaterialstosupportstrategicdecision-makingandstakeholderengagement.
