Job summary

Charterhouse Partnership is seeking a corporate finance professional to evaluate investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, and support transactions across industries. You will build and maintain detailed financial models and conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in corporate finance or related fields, a degree in a relevant discipline, and strong valuation and modelling skills. CFA/CA/CPA/MBA qualifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related discipline.
5–8 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Transaction Services, M&A, or Strategic Finance.
Strong understanding of valuation methodologies and financial modelling.
Experience evaluating investments and executing transactions.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Evaluate investment opportunities across industries through financial and commercial due diligence.
Build and maintain detailed financial models including DCF, comps, precedent transactions, and LBO models where applicable.
Conduct industry, market, and competitor research to identify investment opportunities and emerging trends.
Support end-to-end transaction execution including acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
Coordinate with external advisors including investment banks, legal counsel, auditors, and consultants throughout transaction processes.
