Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or fundraising.
• Proven track record in successful fundraising and deal execution.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with Singapore financial regulations and market practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
