Job summary

The SAF Warrant Officers And Specialists Club is seeking a results-driven sales and marketing professional to support brand awareness and revenue growth through corporate events, weddings, meetings, and seminars. You will identify opportunities, nurture client relationships, and coordinate campaigns to meet targets.

With a diploma or degree in marketing or related field, you bring strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused with ability to build relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-driven with ability to meet sales targets and deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and competitive landscapes.
• Understanding of culinary concepts, menu planning, food trends, and dietary preferences.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for generating business for Corporate events, Weddings, Meetings, Seminar ETC.
• Manage sales activities such as enquiries, sales calls, site visits and cold calling to generate potential business leads
• Generate proposal, contracts, banquet event orders and event floor plans based on client needs and best operational scenarios
• Work closely with other departments and teams to provide solutions and service based on client needs
• Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
