Job summary
CHU JIANG ZI PTE. LTD. is seeking a Corporate Development Manager to drive the Group's corporate development, strategic planning and portfolio-management efforts across subsidiaries in Singapore.
The role involves coordinating with holding and subsidiary teams, evaluating new opportunities and preparing strategic recommendations for senior management. Ideal candidates will possess a business-related bachelor’s degree, strong analytical abilities and bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyse business performance and prepare management reports.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin required for cross-language communication.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement corporate development and growth initiatives.
- Monitor subsidiary performance and provide recommendations to management.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, strategic partnerships and expansion projects.
- Coordinate with subsidiary management to implement Group strategies and objectives.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support decision-making.
- Prepare business performance reports, presentations and strategic recommendations.
- Support budgeting, planning and performance review processes across the Group.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects between holding company and subsidiaries.
- Assist senior management in evaluating new investments and initiatives.
