Job summary

Bank of China Limited Singapore Branch is seeking a credit analyst to review compliance with regulations and bank policy, identify main risk points, propose risk controls, and assess group credit risk for corporate clients. The role requires 3+ years of relevant experience and bilingual English/Chinese communication with Head Office.

Preferred qualifications include CFA/FRM/ACCA certificates, strong financial analysis, and experience in Commodity and Trade Finance.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above in finance/economy/accounting or related majors.
Skilled in financial statements analysis and bank credit facilities.
3+ years of relevant work experience; corporate credit analysis preferred.
CFA/FRM/ACCA certificates preferred.
Strong financial and credit risk analysis and management skills.
Excellent communication, responsibility and teamwork.
Effective bilingual English and Chinese for liaison with Head Office.
Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure; knowledge of financing products.
Experience in Commodity Finance and Trade Finance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Perform credit analysis for corporate customers and assess regulatory compliance and risk points.
Provide opinions for credit files submitted to the pre-trial committee and handle secretary tasks.
Conduct industry research and revise approval guidelines.
Monitor commitment matters and offer risk control recommendations for early-warning clients.
Complete other department-specific work arrangements.
