Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Corporate Communications Executive to manage end-to-end publication production, align content with branding, and support leadership communications. The role involves ESG initiatives, sustainability reporting, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external consultants.

Based in Jurong, you will also plan employee engagement activities, manage social media, and maintain the corporate website and materials.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Corporate Communications or a related field.
• Familiar with digital communications and basic branding principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end production of publications (Annual Report, Corporate Magazine).
• Align publications with branding, tone and quality standards.
• Drive ESG initiatives and Sustainability reporting with internal/external teams.
• Plan and execute employee engagement and volunteer activities.
• Prepare leadership materials and speeches for corporate events.
• Maintain and update corporate social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook).
• Maintain corporate website, profile and reception video materials.
• Develop initiatives to enhance the Group’s public profile.

Position title :Corporate Communications Executive

Location: Jurong

Working Days: Monday- Friday, 5 days

Working hours : 8am to 530pm

Salary : $4,000 - $4500

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end production of the Annual Report and Corporate Magazine
• Ensure all publications are aligned with corporate branding, tone, and quality standards
• Support and drive ESG initiatives across the group, aligning with corporate objectives
• Oversee the preparation of the Sustainability Report, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external consultants for accurate data collection and credible reporting
• Plan and execute employee engagement and volunteerism activities
• Prepare and support materials for leadership communications, including presentations and speeches for corporate events
• Manage and update corporate social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook
• Maintain key corporate communication materials, including the corporate website, corporate profile, and reception video
• Develop and implement initiatives to improve the Group’s corporate profile and public presence
• Any other duties to be assigned from time to time
