Job summary

Our client, a Japanese financial institution in Singapore, seeks a detail-oriented professional to support corporate banking and credit operations. You will work closely with Relationship Managers, corporate clients, and Head Office to facilitate loan transactions, credit analysis, and compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating due diligence, AML/KYC documentation, and translating day-to-day business materials between Japanese and English using AI, while handling general administrative

Qualifications

• English at business level; Japanese conversational level.
• Experience in corporate banking, credit analysis, or related financial services is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Track loan repayment schedules and key dates.
• Collect documents for KYC and regulatory checks.
• Conduct client due diligence and AML documentation.
• Prepare internal reports, manuals, and policies.
• Assist Head Office and regulators with required documents.
• Provide translation between Japanese and English for business documents.
