The Role
We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Corporate Administrator to join Trident's Corporate Services team. The successful candidate will support administration, periodic review, and compliance-related activities while contributing to high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Duties
- Provide general administrative support to the Corporate Services team across assigned Singapore and Offshore client portfolios.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, calendars, and other scheduling arrangements for the team where required.
- Support periodic reviews and remediation activities to ensure corporate records, statutory documents, and internal information are complete, accurate, and up to date.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date statutory records, corporate documents, internal databases, trackers, and filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation, circulation, execution, mailing, scanning, filing, and safekeeping of corporate and administrative documents using approved templates and procedures.
- Prepare cover letters, standard correspondence, forms, and other administrative documentation using approved templates.
- Update internal systems and trackers, ensuring information is recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor outstanding documentation, follow up with relevant parties, and track administrative actions through to completion.
- Coordinate routine statutory filings, annual compliance requirements, and regulatory submissions under supervision.
- Support bank account opening applications, banking documentation, payment-related requests, CorpPass administration, and Work Pass matters where applicable.
- Maintain proper records and handle confidential information with professionalism, accuracy, and discretion.

Skills and Knowledge
- Diploma, Nitec, Higher Nitec or equivalent qualification.
- 1-2 years of experience in administration, corporate services, company secretarial, compliance, trust, fiduciary, or related fields preferred. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records, identify discrepancies and work with large volumes of data, documents, checklists and trackers.
- Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Basic understanding of Offshore/Singapore corporate regulatory requirements, including ACRA filings and corporate governance matters, would be advantageous.
- Exposure to KYC/CDD reviews, client onboarding, periodic reviews, file reviews, or administrative support functions would be beneficial.
- Familiarity with VPoint or other corporate secretarial systems would be advantageous but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Only Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents (PRs) will be considered for this position.
