Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Banking Operations professional to handle Corporate Actions processing for multiple client accounts. You will manage event creation, entitlement validation, elections, payouts and reconciliations, while maintaining strict controls and meeting SLAs.

The role requires a degree in Banking/Finance and 1–3 years of relevant experience, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process mandatory and voluntary Corporate Actions events for various accounts.
• Support event creation, entitlement validation, election processing, payout verification, and reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing within established service levels and control standards.
• Monitor daily processing queues and follow up on outstanding items.
• Investigate and resolve operational exceptions, unmatched items, and reconciliation breaks.
• Escalate processing issues and potential risks in a timely manner.
• Perform maker/checker functions and maintain audit trails for all processing activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and processing accuracy.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and support teams to resolve operational queries.
• Support audit, compliance, and risk management reviews with required information and documentation.

Stakeholder Support

Liaise with internal stakeholders and support teams to resolve operational queries.

Support audit, compliance, and risk management reviews by providing required information and documentation.

Job Requirements

Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline with 1 - 3 years of relevant operations experience within corporate actions or custody operations.

Working knowledge of corporate action event types.

Familiarity with core banking platforms is highly desirable.

Proficiency in data handling and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
