Job summary

Helius Technologies in Singapore is seeking an Operations professional to handle Corporate Actions processing for CPFIA and SRS accounts. The role focuses on event creation, entitlement validation, election processing, payout verification and reconciliations, with a strong eye for accuracy and timeliness.

You will also investigate and resolve exceptions, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and support audit and risk management reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant operations experience within Corporate Actions or Custody Operations.

• Process mandatory and voluntary Corporate Actions events for CPFIA and SRS accounts.
• Support event creation, entitlement validation, election processing, payout verification, and reconciliations.

• Support audit, compliance, and risk management reviews by providing required information and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline with 2 to 4 years of relevant operations experience within Corporate Actions or Custody Operations.
