Job summary

TechCom Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking a Manual Test Engineer to join our banking/financial applications testing team. You will contribute to test planning, design, execution, and reporting to ensure quality releases.

The role emphasizes hands-on manual testing, creating and maintaining test artifacts, and collaboration with Agile teams to support SDLC/STLC processes, including UAT activities.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing.
• Experience testing Banking / Financial Services applications.
• Experience in Jira and Confluence.
• Strong knowledge of test case design, test execution, and test documentation.
• Hands-on experience in defect management and defect tracking.
• Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Experience in Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT support.
• Ability to analyze requirements, identify test scenarios, and report defects clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute and maintain manual test cases and test scripts.
• Log and track defects and verify fixes across releases.
• Collaborate with product and development teams in Agile/Scrum projects.
• Support UAT and ensure traceability of requirements to test cases.
