Job summary

Cheng Yi in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to handle large projects from planning to execution. Based in Woodlands, the role requires familiarity with ironmongeries to the door, and the ability to interpret specifications and prepare BOQs and contract documents.

You will prepare drawings and project quantities, monitor progress during execution, raise reports to management, and attend meetings with clients, consultants and main contractors.

Qualifications

• Quantity Surveying or engineering graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in Singapore
• Knowledge of site execution and methods
• Able to speak and write English fluently
