Job summary

Takenaka Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced M&E Engineer to assist in supervising and coordinating M&E services on our projects in Singapore's East region.

You will work closely with other departments to meet project/tender schedules and handle supervision and documentation. Responsibilities include liaising with sub-contractors and consultants for method statements, drawings, materials, and progress, attending site meetings, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Prior A&A, airport and office buildings related projects preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Able to work independently, proactive and self-motivated.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• To assist in supervising and coordinating M&E services work and to work closely with other departments to meet the project/tender schedules

• To handle project supervision and documentation

• To engage and liase with sub-contractors and consultant for submission of method statements, drawings, materials, samples, and work progress etc.

• Required to attend progress/site/meeting as and when required

• To ensure compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations

• To be involved in overall project planning and scheduling for M&E works

• Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience

• Candidates with prior A&A, airport and office buildings related projects will be preferred

• Candidates will be considered for the role based on their relevant qualifications, skills, and years of experience

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

• Able to work independently, proactive and self-motivated

Other Details:

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm
