Job summary

Direction Overseas Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a proactive Construction Project Coordinator to manage daily activities, liaise with PMs, site supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers and clients to deliver on time and within budget.

You will maintain schedules, monitor materials, track costs, prepare progress reports, ensure safety compliance, organize meetings, and support management with coordination tasks to keep projects moving.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any field.
• Experience in a related field.
• Willingness to work alternative shifts based on site schedule.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily construction activities to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Liaise between project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules and progress reports.
• Monitor material deliveries and ensure timely availability of resources on site.
• Plan work sequences and resolve site-related issues.
• Track project costs, invoices and purchase orders with the finance team.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and local codes.
• Organize site meetings, prepare minutes and follow up on actions.
• Maintain records of drawings, permits, contracts and change orders.
• Support managers with administrative and coordination tasks.
• Identify delays or risks and report them for timely mitigation.
