JOSHUA-TREE SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a dedicated kitchen cook to prepare daily lunch and afternoon tea for 40-70 students at a student care centre. You will plan monthly menus that are nutritious and suitable for primary school children, and purchase ingredients and supplies accordingly.

Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safe handling, and portion control. Work closely with the centre team to cater to dietary needs while keeping the kitchen clean and orderly.

• Plan a monthly menu that is nutritious, balanced and suitable for primary school children.
• Purchase and manage food ingredients and kitchen supplies according to planned menu.
• Ensure proper food preparation, hygiene and safe food handling at all times.
• Wash dishes, clean kitchen equipment and dining area after each meal.
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen and dining environment.
• Monitor food portions and minimise wastage; cater to dietary requirements where possible.
