Joshua Tree Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a dedicated kitchen/catering professional to prepare and cook daily meals for 40-70 students and manage a nutritious monthly menu. You will ensure hygiene, proper food handling, and collaboration with the care centre team to accommodate dietary needs.

The role requires maintaining a clean kitchen, controlling portions, and minimizing waste while working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook daily lunch and afternoon tea for 40-70 students at student care centre.
• Plan a monthly menu that is nutritious, balanced and suitable for primary school children
• Purchase and manage food ingredients and kitchen supplies according to planned menu.
• Ensure proper food preparation, hygiene and safe food handling at all times.
• Wash dishes, clean kitchen equipment and dining area after each meal.
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen and dining environment.
• Monitor food portions and minimise wastage.
• Work closely with centre team to cater to student's dietary requirements where possible.

Working Hours
