Job summary

Lee Quan (Hai Zhong Bao) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the outlet's culinary team and oversee daily kitchen operations in Singapore. This role focuses on maintaining high food quality and safety standards while guiding chefs and kitchen staff toward consistent performance.

The successful candidate will design and implement menu ideas, ensure adherence to kitchen standards across outlets, and uphold operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
