Job summary

MEIXI CUISINE PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned Chief Cook to lead the outlet's kitchen, overseeing selected chief chefs and kitchen staff, and to supervise daily operations to ensure consistent, high-quality service.

You will maintain food safety standards, manage kitchen maintenance, and drive menu innovation by designing and implementing new ideas, while ensuring all outlets adhere strictly to established kitchen standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience as Chief Cook.
• Must be dedicated and committed.

• Oversee the daily operation of the kitchen.
