Job summary

PROSPER EMPLOYMENT AGENCY is seeking a capable restaurant supervisor to prepare food per orders and standards, assist with customer orders, and oversee daily operations. The role requires ensuring cleaning programs are implemented and performance is measured, and managing procurement of goods to keep operations smooth.

Applicants must be available for weekend and public holiday shifts, willing to work overtime and night shifts, and able to stand in for subordinates when needed to maintain

Responsibilities

• Prepare food as according to order request and according to restaurant's standard
• Take order from customers if required
• Responsible for supervising restaurant's operation and ensuring the performance of cleaning programs and activities is fully implemented and measured
• Manage procurement of goods
• Ensure smooth operation
• Able to standby and perform subordinate's task in the event where they are absent for work
• Must be able to work weekend and public holiday shift
• Must be able to OT and work night shifts
