Job summary
Hyphen Partners, a Singapore-based multi-family office, is seeking a COO to oversee non-investment operations and scale the firm. You will own finance, HR, legal/compliance, governance, investment ops and client relationship management, working closely with founders and the board to deliver an institutional-grade operation.

Qualifications
- 15+ years of senior finance, operations and COO-level experience in family office or similar institutional setting.
- Proven track record building operating infrastructure from scratch.
- Hands-on leader comfortable at board level and externally facing.
Responsibilities
- Own the firm's operating infrastructure — finance, HR, legal/compliance, governance, and technology enablement.
- Provide oversight to the Head of Investment Operations and lead cross-functional transformation with the CTO & senior leadership.
- Act as a senior point of contact for banks, auditors, regulators, and strategic partners; represent the firm externally.
- Own board-level reporting and governance, supporting founders on risk and strategic planning.
- Build and mentor the wider operations and RM team.
